Refund policy

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned with original packaging where possible

Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration

We currently do not charge restocking fees.

2. FREE RETURNS

RAVELLO offers free return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Although we do not classify products as final sale items, returns may not be accepted if:

The item shows visible signs of use

The product has been damaged after delivery

The item is returned beyond the 30-day return period

The item is missing significant parts or original components

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

6. EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact our support team.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
